How Dialect now have visibility on their sales process

The Challenge

Dialect is one of the most powerful agencies in the gaming world, and beyond. With clients like Google and Logitech they’ve managed to carve out a seriously analytical space in the content marketing world.
When they came to us, however, their pipeline was not well organised.

The Solution

The first job was to migrate their existing data from Pipedrive to HubSpot. Then was to consult with their senior management team around what reports they’d like to see. Finally, we reconfigured their data at a Pipeline and Deal level to ensure we could easily create those reports - relating to payment splits over time.
