The Challenge

Rehab's CRM had been set up by a team member who'd moved on. The processes were impressive, but extremely complex - and now somewhat redundant.

The Solution

As a first step, we conducted a full portal audit. Then delivered the results in our first consulting session with the Rehab team. From there we spent the next few weeks tidying up the unneccessary processes - deleting deal and ticket pipelines that were no longer used - and created reprots for much better tracking of KPIs.
