MORPHING INK — DROP DISSOLUTION FORMS VISUAL STYLE

VISUAL STYLE: Ink in water. A single drop entering fluid — and the moment before it fully dissolves, the shape it makes. Tendrils. Plumes. Vortex rings. The collision of two different densities caught in the moment of their becoming one.

COLOUR PALETTE: Deep black ink (#0A0A0A) in clear water (#F0F8FF). Or vivid colour — deep indigo (#1C1C8C) dissolving into warm cream (#FFF8E7). Or contrasting blooms: saturated crimson (#C00000) exploding into cool grey-blue (#6A8BAA). The palette is determined by the conceptual contrast being expressed — what dissolves into what.

INK BEHAVIOUR: The plume rises then mushrooms. The tendrils thin at their extremities and break into smaller structures. The vortex ring turns inside itself as it descends. The dissolution is not random — it follows fluid dynamics that have their own elegant logic.

SCALE AMBIGUITY: The same visual language works at a drop of ink in a glass or at a galaxy forming in the early universe. The viewer cannot be sure which scale is being shown. This ambiguity is an asset.

TRANSITIONS: One form dissolves into the next. Ideas morphed like ink morphs — maintaining thread of connection through transformation. Old forms persist as ghost traces in new structures.
