We model role-based access so the AI reads what a job needs and no more. PYB has built governed AI deployments for clients whose data sensitivity made open access a non-starter.
Predictive features learn from your historical data, so we calibrate them against what actually closed or churned in your business, then set a review cadence. Outputs are treated as signals to assess, not verdicts to act on blindly. Where a model drifts, we catch it at review and retune rather than letting it quietly degrade.
Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise for predictive scoring and forecasting, Service Hub Professional for health and ticket signals, Marketing Hub Professional for lead and content AI, and Operations Hub for clean data sync. Breeze Intelligence runs on a separate credit pool. Custom Objects (Enterprise) model any non-standard data the AI needs to read.
HubSpot holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, and documents how prompts and data are processed. PYB adds ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 42001, the international standard for AI management systems. For a regulated buyer, ISO 42001 is the proof that the AI was deployed under a governed system, not switched on and hoped over.
