Most run Marketing Hub Professional for inbound demand, content-led pipeline, and customer-base nurture, plus Sales Hub Professional for enterprise employer account management. Service Hub Professional handles customer success, renewals, and integration support. Operations Hub is the integration layer for payroll, the product platform, and finance. Custom Objects (Enterprise tier) are usually required to model global employers, country deployments, and adoption records properly.
