A typical builder implementation runs ten to fourteen weeks. Weeks one to four cover data migration and custom-object architecture for self-build clients, projects, design stages, planning records, and manufacturing slots. Weeks five to ten cover automation for enquiry routing, design-stage workflows, post-design pipeline visibility, and integration with design tooling (CAD, BIM), manufacturing scheduling, and finance. Weeks eleven to fourteen are user training across design leads, project managers, manufacturing, and commercial.
Yes. Custom objects model the client, the project, each design stage, the planning record, and the manufacturing-and-erection slots separately, with relationships persistent across the full build cycle. The commercial team, design team, and manufacturing team all read from the same project record rather than chasing each other for status. PYB has built design-to-manufacturing project architectures for clients whose commercial model spans long, multi-stage projects.
Planning submissions, planning-condition responses, structural calculations, building-regulations documentation, and warranty / NHBC sign-off records attach to the right project record as structured assets with version control. The handover pack at the end of the build becomes a query against the data, not a reconstruction exercise from design folders. PYB has built handover-pack workflows for builders whose customers expect a structured documentation file at completion.
Most builders run Sales Hub Professional for client account management and project pipeline, plus Service Hub Professional for client communication during the long build cycle and post-completion support. Marketing Hub Professional handles self-build prospect acquisition and design-stage nurture. Operations Hub is the integration layer for design tooling, manufacturing scheduling, and finance. Custom Objects (Enterprise tier) are usually required to model clients, projects, design stages, and manufacturing slots properly.
