"Martin and Elisa have been fantastic to work with right from the outset and have certainly delivered exactly what we wanted. Martin really took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve with the implementation, asking the right questions but very much having our needs at the front of mind. We have had regular meetings in place for updates and to discuss any potential challenges, so that we can overcome these and continue implementing at pace, which was great. We were working to a tight deadline, which Martin and Elisa were fully aware of, so can't fault the effort they have put in to help us achieve this. Plus Your Business have now been recommended to our Operations Team, who are considering Service Hub and any implementation will be discussed with Martin and Elisa. Fantastic team and a pleasure to work with. Thank you."

A typical hire-operator implementation runs eight to twelve weeks. Weeks one to four cover data migration and custom-object architecture for contractor accounts, sites, equipment, hires, and training records. Weeks five to eight cover automation for survey-to-quote flows, live-hire extension workflows, repeat-contractor recognition, and integration with fleet management, depot dispatch, training booking, and finance systems. Weeks nine to twelve are user training across surveyors, sales, dispatch, training team, and finance.
Yes. Custom objects model the contractor at parent level, with sites, hires, equipment, and IPAF/PASMA training records as discrete objects linked. Training-arm activity surfaces against the same contractor account that the hire team works from, so cross-sell between hire and training happens structurally rather than by chance. PYB has built contractor-and-training-arm architectures for clients whose commercial model combines core services with adjacent capability.
HubSpot's integration layer connects to fleet management platforms, dispatch systems, and training-booking tools so equipment availability, hire status, and training-attendance data flow into the contractor and equipment records automatically. PYB's integration practice routinely connects HubSpot to operator-side and training-side systems.
Most operators run Sales Hub Professional for contractor account management and quote pipeline, plus Service Hub Professional for hire issue handling and training-team workflows. Marketing Hub Professional handles contractor acquisition and training-arm promotion. Operations Hub is the integration layer for fleet, dispatch, training, and finance systems. Custom Objects (Enterprise tier) are usually required to model contractors, sites, hires, equipment, and training records properly.
HubSpot is SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO 27001 compliant, meeting the security standards typical of major contractor procurement, Tier 1 main-contractor frameworks, and CITB / IPAF / PASMA-relevant data handling. PYB is independently ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified, and our migration practice carries the HubSpot Data Migration Accreditation.
