Elisa and Martin have worked with us over several months to complete a project internally to improve our use of HubSpot. It’s been a real pleasure working with Elisa and she made it not only straight forward, but also enjoyable. We have enjoyed seeing the progress we’ve made working with Plus Your Business. Elisa has embraced our unique use of HubSpot and our slightly different processes. Her communication has been consistent throughout and she has given us her expert view on issues but also listened to us and our way or working. Elisa is really knowledgable and has changed several processes for the better and she has left other things alone where it made sense to do so. Elisa has taken time to really understand our business and team structure and has not changed things for the sake of fitting into a typical HubSpot rhythm of working. A professional, friendly and down to earth duo that are easy to work with - I recommend them!

A typical pre-construction implementation runs ten to fourteen weeks from kick-off to live, longer than the scaffolding eight-to-twelve range because of the multi-discipline custom object architecture. Weeks one to four cover data migration from existing systems and modelling the project hierarchy (parent site → discipline submissions → milestones). Weeks five to ten cover automation for cross-discipline handoffs, tender pipeline, and integration with discipline-specific software (Leapfrog, Causeway, AutoCAD Civil 3D). Weeks eleven to fourteen are user training across discipline teams and go-live.
Yes — this is what custom objects are for. A site is the parent record. Each discipline's contribution (geotech investigation, environmental assessment, civils scheme, remediation plan) is a custom object linked to the site, with its own properties, owner, and lifecycle. Cross-discipline workflows fire on the right transitions — when a geotech investigation moves to 'complete', the civils team's view of the site record updates automatically. PYB has built custom-object architectures of this complexity for clients with multi-service operational models.
HubSpot's reporting layer queries data captured against the right records as the work happens — not reconstructed at quarter-end. Carbon reduction figures, social value spend, framework KPIs, and materials reuse percentages all become custom properties on the relevant project or contract object. The quarterly return becomes a query, not a tax. PYB's reporting practice routinely builds bespoke dashboards for clients with framework obligations.
Most pre-construction operations run Sales Hub Professional for tender pipeline and account management, plus Operations Hub for integration with discipline-specific software and finance systems. Custom Objects (available on the Enterprise tier) are usually required to model the parent-site to discipline-submission hierarchy properly. Service Hub is the right addition for clients with framework SLAs and post-handover defect management. Marketing Hub is a later layer for sector-specific awareness building.
HubSpot is SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO 27001 compliant, meeting the security standards typical of Tier 1 housebuilder, infrastructure, and public sector framework agreements. PYB is independently ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified, and our migration practice carries the HubSpot Data Migration Accreditation — relevant proof when pre-construction businesses are pre-qualifying for RISQS, CHAS, Constructionline, or main-contractor framework agreements like Pagabo and SCAPE.
