We just finished our first engagement with PYB and wanted to share this very well earned praise. Firstly, we looked at a number of providers along with PYB and chose them because they were very straight forward and transparent about hitting our needs to onboard in a pretty ambitious timeline. Very easy to work with, they really took the time to interview us and understand the unique nature of our business, so that they could focus on aspects of HubSpot that would be the most relevant. I think this is a big differentiator versus larger firms who take a much more cookie-cutter approach to all clients. From the get go, we got a proposal in fast order which detailed week to week, what was going to happen. They hit those weekly milestones without fail and we even had enough breathing room for Elisa to school us on additional features and any other integrations we were curious about. In short, the team is a pleasure to work with. They are incredibly transparent, down to earth and super responsive on slack. We will be using them for more advanced and adjacent engagements in the future!

A typical implementation runs eight to twelve weeks. Weeks one to four cover data migration and account architecture for employer customers, country-level rollouts, HR-sponsor relationships, and engagement-signal records. Weeks five to eight cover automation for HR-buyer routing, global expansion workflows, engagement-data flows, and integration with the wellbeing platform, billing, and customer-success tooling. Weeks nine to twelve are user training across SDRs, AEs, customer success, and renewals.
Yes. Custom objects model the global employer at parent level, with country rollouts, HR sponsors, plan tiers, and engagement-data records as discrete objects linked. Country-level activity surfaces against the global account, so the renewal conversation in one country reads the full global picture. PYB has built global-employer account architectures for HR-tech vendors whose biggest customers span multiple regions.
Most run Marketing Hub Professional for HR-buyer inbound demand, content-led pipeline, and customer-base nurture, plus Sales Hub Professional for enterprise account management. Service Hub Professional handles customer success, support, and renewal workflows. Operations Hub is the integration layer for the wellbeing platform, billing, and support. Custom Objects (Enterprise tier) are usually required to model global employers, country rollouts, and engagement records properly.
