Why do connected apps become a risk?

How long does a HubSpot seat review take?

Usually 1 to 2 weeks. The first week pulls usage data and maps seats to people and roles. The second confirms reductions, sets up deprovisioning, and documents the right-sized licence position.

Can HubSpot show us real seat usage?

Yes. Login history, activity and seat assignment are all available. The review turns that into a clear picture of who uses what, so seat decisions rest on evidence rather than guesswork.

Does this affect our security posture?

Yes. Unused and orphaned seats are an access risk as well as a cost. Reclaiming them tightens the account and supports the access-control evidence an ISO 27001 review expects.

What HubSpot products does this apply to?
