Yes. Custom objects hold each register, and associations hold the relationships between them. A corrective action links to its non-conformity; an asset links to its supplier; an AI use case links to its risk assessment. The relationships persist, so a change to one record is visible from the others. The structure supports them. ISO 27001 clause 10.2 expects non-conformities and corrective actions to be recorded, owned, and closed; the custom object and its workflow hold that lifecycle. The system surfaces and assembles; it does not certify you.
Custom Objects, which require an Enterprise tier on the relevant hub, model the registers. Operations Hub handles the integrations that feed them and the data quality automation that keeps them clean. Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional gives owners the records, tasks, and workflow tools. Marketing Hub is optional here, since this is internal governance rather than outbound.
