Yes. We configured Digital Learning Institute for self-serve purchases and invoiced customers in the same system. Both routes create the deal, record and enrolment automatically. Finance and delivery stay in sync regardless of how the learner pays.
In fact we even did more than that and enabled automated enrolment for invoiced customers also.
